Refund Policy

We review claims for damaged, defective, incorrectly shipped, or materially misdescribed goods. Change-of-mind and other no-cause returns are not offered.

The claim must reach us within 30 days of delivery. Provide the order identifier, email used at purchase, a description of the problem, and clear photos or video. Merchandise must not be mailed back until return instructions are issued. After assessment, an accepted case may be resolved with replacement or refund to the original payment method; unauthorized shipments and original delivery fees are not automatically covered.
